Producer
Blaine Stricklin
Blaine works professionally in commercial film while dedicating every available moment to making movies. Since childhood, film has been his passion and inspiration. He spent countless hours with his nose to the television screen, memorizing every word, rewinding, and watching again. His motivation as a producer is to assist anyone interested in filmmaking by helping them practice and perfect their craft. Blaine believes that everyone on set is a storyteller, from writers to production assistants- each person has a story to tell.

Director
Joseph Horta
Joseph is a Mexican-American director based in Dallas, Texas, working across commercial and narrative projects. Experienced in creating brand-driven content alongside story-focused narratives. He is most known for his film festival smash hit 'World's Shortest War', which premiered at DIFF.

Director
Christian Baker
Christian is a seasoned film professional with six years in the industry. He works across multiple roles, including director of photography, directing, acting, underwater photographer, and grip and electric. His diverse background allows him to bring a well-rounded visual style and strong sense of collaboration to every project. He has been an employee of MPS for four years.

Director & Producer
Steven Bumbera
Marine veteran, software engineer and entrepreneur with a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and execution. Director, producer, actor, and writer with extensive experience in short-form narrative projects, currently building toward producing through hands-on work as a production assistant.

Director & Editor
Ethan Gueck
Ethan is one of the top camera assistants in the state, with a passion for tinkering with gadgets, visual storytelling, and perfectionism. He has been a full time 2nd Assistant Camera for two years now, but his true passion lies in directing, DPing, and editing. He DPed the feature film 'Crossroads' in 2022.

Photographer
Matthew Iaia
Matt is a freelance sports photographer. He specializes in sports action photography, but also has experience shooting portraits, local artists, newsworthy events, and behind the scenes stills for film sets. Matt was professionally trained in photojournalism at UNT, where he earned his BA in photojournalism. Matt has several bylines with the Texas Tribune, Denton Record-Chronicle, and the North Texas Daily, and many of his photos have been used in University of North Texas marketing materials and social media posts. In the future, Matt hopes to create photographs for sports franchises, sports and lifestyle magazines, news outlets and global brands.
